These are probably the most fun for me. I like to do multiple courses, usually around 9 in total. Beautiful presentations, amazing flavors, and cutting edge techniques.
These days the hottest restaurants out there are not only satisfying but entertainment for the evening. It's like going to the theater. I try to recreate those environments with my dishes and with my service.
These parties are typically smaller and can last at least a couple hours. We can customize them with themes, with flavors you like, dishes that you've always wanted to try, or better yet-leave it in the hands of the chef.
