Family Meals
It's important to gather with family and friends and break bread. It seems we barely have time for this anymore. Let me help you make it easier.
When you have your friends and family over, let me do the cooking! Enjoy the benefit of customizing your menu to you and your families liking, and having a personal chef in your own home.
We can do this a few different ways. I'll handle everything, from preparation to clean-up, or I can come in before your guests arrive, prepare it with you, and leave you to finish the dishes while your guests are amazed.

I work to serve you. Everything is customizable, but just to give you a few ideas on what we've done in the past here is an example of a plate up menu.
Salad
Salad of warm poached baby artichoke, spinach, manchengo cheese, croutons, and a roasted red pepper vinaigrette.
Main Course
Pan seared duck breast over white bean casoulet with pancetta and duck confit, broccoli rabe, and lemon Buerre Blanc.
Dessert
Poached pear tart with crispy crust, almond cream, and zinfandel gelee.
