Modular design with an architectural soul

With its bridge-like structure, Falmec's Brooklyn expands the island's space and transforms the extraction system into a design element. Made of satin-black aluminum and smoked glass, it combines robustness, lightness, and a sculptural presence that enhances the surroundings. The 90cm main hood with a drop-down panel can be complemented by 45, 60, or 90cm side modules, and a 60cm module with an integrated tap, all configurable on either side to suit any project.

The set is completed with accessories such as cup holders and paper towel holders in a black finish, which reinforce the system's aesthetic coherence and functionality . Its modular composition allows for complete customization of the space, transforming the cooking area into an ergonomic and visually balanced environment.

Advanced performance and integrated technology

Equipped with an 800 m³/h brushless motor (energy class A+++), Brooklyn guarantees powerful, efficient, and quiet suction . Its flexible installation—front or rear—optimizes the interior space of the cabinet, while the touch control allows for precise management of three speeds and a boost function . Furthermore, it can be operated remotely using the exclusive Dialogue system integrated into Falmec hobs.

The filtration system combines a grease and odor filter with regenerative Carbon.Zeo Microtech technology , which uses activated carbon and zeolite to absorb odors and reduce steam humidity. This maintains a clean and healthy environment, even in open kitchens or high-traffic areas.

Dynamic light and sensory experience

Brooklyn incorporates Dynamic Light , a dimmable LED strip that allows you to adjust both the intensity and color temperature (from 2700K to 5600K), creating a warm or technical atmosphere depending on the occasion. This functional and decorative light enhances the materials and generates a sense of visual well-being during use.

Every detail has been designed to enhance the user experience : high-quality finishes, intuitive controls, and an aesthetic that seamlessly integrates into contemporary kitchen designs. With Brooklyn , Falmec transforms extraction into a sensory experience, where design and technology coexist harmoniously.

Founded in 1981 in Vittorio Veneto, in the province of Treviso, Falmec began as a small company specializing in kitchen extraction systems. Thanks to the entrepreneurial vision of the Poser family, the company embarked on a path of constant innovation that, over time, established it as one of the international leaders in the field of cooker hoods and air purification solutions.

In 2017, Falmec opened a new headquarters in Vittorio Veneto , a space conceived not only as a production center but also as a research and development hub. There, design, engineering, and advanced technology are integrated to create products that stand out for their quality, sustainability, and contemporary aesthetics, always in collaboration with international architects and designers.

Over the past decade, the company has strengthened its global presence with subsidiaries in Europe and a well-established network of distributors in more than 60 countries. Its commitment to research is reflected in innovations such as the use of long-lasting Carbon.Zeo filters and the Dialogue System , positioning Falmec as a brand that combines Italian tradition, sophisticated design, and cutting-edge technology.
