Fisher & Paykel presented Nature—Ritual at EuroCucina 2026, an immersive 450 m² installation inspired by the landscapes and elemental materials of Aotearoa, New Zealand. The installation introduces the State of the Art Collection into an environment where design, technology, and domestic experience are integrated into a single narrative. The brand envisions everyday routines transformed into rituals, elevating the role of the kitchen within the contemporary home.

A sensory installation between nature and architecture

Nature—Ritual is conceived as an immersive environment that combines matter, light, and perception , generating an enveloping atmosphere within the context of the fair. The creative direction of Dean Poole and the design of Calvi Brambilla construct a space where architecture is experienced rather than simply observed.

The project is structured around materials such as tōtara and volcanic basalt, which bring the essence of the New Zealand landscape into the exhibition space. Elements such as sound, aroma, handcrafted ceramics, and filtered light create a multisensory experience , expanding the design's dimension beyond the visual.

From the outside, the installation appears as a monolithic volume that hints at its interior. The journey gradually reveals an almost theatrical space , where each element forms part of a coherent narrative that connects nature, technology, and domestic life.

Four scenarios that redefine everyday use

The installation is organized around four scenarios that reinterpret life at home , exploring new ways of cooking, sharing, and caring. Each space offers a different perspective on the relationship between user, product, and environment.

The Tea Experience introduces the journey with a universal gesture like tea, while Kitchen as Monolith presents the kitchen as an integrated architectural presence. The kitchen ceases to be a collection of elements and becomes a unified volume , where surfaces and technology merge into a single expression.

Wine Experience and Fabric Care Experience extend this vision to include textile conservation and care. The home is understood as a complete ecosystem , where different functions are integrated under the same design and usage logic.

Technology, integration and a new idea of domestic luxury

The State of the Art Collection reflects Fisher & Paykel's approach to total integration , where appliances are incorporated into the architecture as discreet yet highly precise tools. The evolution of Minimal Style reinforces this idea with flush surfaces and meticulously resolved details.

Among the new products are the Series 11 ovens with steam assistance, new wine preservation solutions, and a complete textile care system. Technology is at the service of a more intuitive and seamless experience , based on precise control and natural interaction.

This approach is based on concepts such as life-centred design and Mastery of Temperature, which define the brand's identity. Fisher & Paykel thus consolidates a vision where design not only responds to function , but also improves quality of life through more conscious and connected experiences.
