Luca Barboni, with nearly 23 years of experience in the Group's companies, represents the ideal profile for this new phase.
To ensure continuity of management and, at the same time, give new impetus to decision-making processes. Over the years, he has experienced continuous growth within the Group, assuming positions with increasing responsibility in Operations, R&D, and Sales & Marketing.
He went on to lead first the Motors division and then the Cooking division. His appointment as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer represents the natural recognition of a career built on hard work and determination, and testifies to the Group's ability to value and foster talent developed within the company.
