The new wine coolers feature an exclusive system that automatically and predictably adjusts each bottle to its ideal serving temperature . Thanks to infrared sensors, the user receives an estimated temperature adjustment time and a notification via the unit's lighting and the Gaggenau Home Connect app . This ensures that every wine—red, white, rosé, or sparkling—reaches the optimal conditions for effortless enjoyment.
With capacities of 110 or 68 bottles , the wine coolers feature soft-close shelves, a presentation area, UV protection, and activated carbon filters. Warm LED lighting offers three distinct settings, along with customizable options via the app. All of this is complemented by an intuitive touchscreen interface and animated guides that simplify daily use and maintenance.

Like the rest of the Vario Cooling Expressive series, these models can be installed individually or combined with refrigerators, freezers, and combination cabinets. This modular approach allows architects and homeowners to design compositions with perfect visual alignment , integrating wine storage as part of the kitchen's architectural language.
The dark brushed stainless steel interior , combined with solid oak elements, reinforces the feeling of exclusivity.
