The project THE SEWING, developed by JAO Architecture In collaboration with Jorge Rovira, stands out for its meticulous attention to the details and its focus on creating spaces functional y aesthetically appealingThe kitchen, harmoniously integrated with the rest of the home, becomes a meeting point where aspects of family and social life converge.

Optimized layout and equipment

With a surface area of ​​approximately 13,50m², the kitchen has been optimized to the maximum in terms of its distribution, taking advantage of every available centimeter. It acts as the space intermediate and the connection between the different areas of the home, a distinctive feature of the projects developed by the studio JAO Architecture.

This area is divided into two distinct parts. The first is the main area in the form of bridge, which houses the cooking area y watersHere you will find an induction hob SWEEP in black glass, one integrated bell, a sink FRANKE MRX 110-45 installed under the counter and a faucet SAMOA stainless steel of the same brand. In addition, it has two columns, one with a combi fridge SWEEP and another with an open space for the coffee maker, microwave and decorative elements.

The second part consists of a island 200 cm long, which serves as an additional work space and has a bar area at the same level, equipped with stools Inclass model Varya upholstered. This island not only provides additional space for preparing food, but also functions as a meeting and socializing point.

Finishes and materials that define the spaces

To differentiate the different spaces, such as the entry, the more and the rest of the interior, JAO Architecture used a combination of materials y colors. In the kitchen and the entrance, floors of marazzi, while the finish Bottega limestone de Porcelanosa was used for the rest of the space. The kitchen fronts, Portasur, combine the Fenix ​​in Laurel finish for the bridge area, which adds elegance, with the natural wood veneer oak log on the island, adding warmth and naturalness.

For the opening of the low furniture, a throat system matching the fronts of each area, complemented by a vertical gola for the refrigerator column. All the hardware They are from the Austrian firm Blum, highlighting the lifting system Hk Top Tip-On in the tall furniture and the system Legrabox in drawers and chests of drawers, both in an attractive anthracite color.

Countertops: Functionality and design in harmony

For the main area of ​​the bridge, a has been chosen worktop from the Spanish firm inalco, made for Design Stone, in finish Camel 12 mm thick. This material, used for the worktop, cladding the back and framing the bridge, provides an aesthetically impeccable and functional solution by avoiding joints, providing distinction to the global design.

On the island, the countertop is made of the same oak wood veneer log that the fronts, creating a uniform and elegant appearance. This exclusive approach to the island reinforces a design cohesive and distinguished, complemented by two mitered waterfalls matching that integrate harmoniously with the whole.

Accessories: Details that make the difference

This project incorporates accessories that elevate the design and functionality of the kitchen. It highlights the suspended island light fixture, Barcelona LED, which provides elegant lighting with a contemporary and sophisticated touch. JUNG mechanisms model L990 in finish Matt black add functionality and an industrial style, while the Brabantia external hub mod. Bo Touch BinWith its elegant and practical design, it helps to keep your space organized with distinction.
