A smart shelf that combines technology and modularity

At EuroCucina, Very Simple: Kitchen is showcasing its entire product line within a space focused on modularity, stainless steel, and the open structures characteristic of the brand. The main highlight is a smart shelf designed by Philippe Malouin and developed in collaboration with Falmec , conceived as a modular system with an integrated hood capable of combining different functions within a single compact structure.

The new system integrates lighting, electricity, extraction, and a functional kitchen surface, maintaining a clean, architectural aesthetic. The structure features a glossy finish that complements the brand's signature materials and fosters a more physical connection with the user. Functions are activated via analog controls , reviving a manual touch that contrasts with the increasing digitalization of domestic spaces.

The collaboration between Very Simple: Kitchen and Falmec

The collaboration between Very Simple: Kitchen and Falmec stems from a shared vision of the kitchen as a lived-in, everyday space. While the Italian firm contributes its modular, industrial design language based on stainless steel and clean lines, Falmec incorporates its expertise in ventilation and air treatment systems. The common goal is to integrate comfort and functionality without compromising the overall aesthetic purity.

Designed by Philippe Malouin, the new integrated shelf aims to visually minimize the technological presence in the kitchen. The design encapsulates the project's philosophy through a structure where function and form are completely unified. The technology disappears within a clean and contained volume , preserving the material and architectural identity of Very Simple: Kitchen.

The brand's presence at Fuorisalone

Beyond the exhibition grounds, Very Simple: Kitchen is participating as a hospitality partner of Dropcity , one of the most active spaces during Milan Design Week. There, the brand has created a bar centered around a large, angular stainless steel kitchen combined with various marble surfaces. The installation makes the kitchen the focal point of the space , integrating function and presentation within a single visual language.

The brand's presence continues at Assab One , within a project developed in collaboration with DFC Studio and Formafantasma . The space incorporates kitchen modules clad in Mutina ceramics and a mobile outdoor solution designed to extend the bar area outdoors. Here, the kitchen ceases to be a

Very Simple: Sagra and the social dimension of design

During Milan Design Week, the brand also presents Very Simple: Sagra, a project developed in collaboration with BYBORRE and Design Republic. The collaboration centers on an exclusive fabric created by BYBORRE to upholster a Design Republic sofa, connecting textile innovation and contemporary furniture within a single design. The material serves as a link between design, identity, and shared experience.

The project is further expanded with an immersive experience inspired by the Italian tradition of popular sagras, taking the collaboration beyond the physical object. Very Simple: Sagra transforms design into a moment of conviviality and encounter, reinforcing the idea of the kitchen as a social and cultural space. The proposal shifts the brand's language toward a more experiential and collective dimension.
